NCTU Electronics Engineering
NCTU was founded in 1958 in Taiwan. The Institute of Electronics, which is our graduate school, was also established in the same year. In 1964, the Electronics Engineering undergraduate program and the Semiconductor Research Laboratory were established. The undergraduate program at the Department and Institute of Electronics were eventually merged into the Department of Electronics Engineering, and has since made our Department one of the best in Taiwan.
